Chechen refugees sheltered in the neighbouring Republic of Ingushetia are preparing a letter to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin. In it, they ask to postpone their return to their homeland until the military operation there is completely over. They also ask the president to send them some food. The point is that some refugee camps lack field-kitchens. Children are mostly fed with tea, buckwheat and rice cereals, the Ekho Moskvy radio reports.
