During their short meeting with the judge Baltasar Garcon, who is conducting the case on Vladimir Gusinsky extradition, the depute State Prosecutor of Russia Vasily Kolmogorov and the representative of the General Prosecutor’s Office Pavel Barkovsky raised a question of seizure of Gusinsky’s property in foreign countries, including Spain, RIA Novosti reports. According to the Spanish mass media, the chief prosecutor of Spain for especially important affairs, Eduardo Fuingarinio can support this demand, because he claims for extradition of Gusinsky and refused to maintain the decision of Garcon about choosing another preventive punishment for the media-tycoon.
