Duma to consider bill of political parties on February 7th
Russia’s State Duma (the lower house of parliament) is to consider on February 7th the bill “Of political parties,” submitted by President Valdimir Putin and also 3 competing bills prepared by the Duma deputies, Vladimir Lysenko, a Duma deputy, has told journalists. Besides, the Duma is to consider on Thursday a bill of the guarantees granted to a president of the Russian Federation who has retired from office, RIA Novosti quotes Mr. Lysenko as saying.
