Procurator general’s office to bring indictment against Media-MOST’s financial director today

The Russian procurator general’s office is set to bring later today a formal indictment against Anton Titov, the Medai-MOST holding company’s financial director, held currently in custody. The procedure is scheduled for 15:00 Moscow time, Mr. Titov’s defence lawyer Pavel Astakhov Is quoted as saying by Interfax. According to the lawyer, Mr. Titov may be facing accusations under article 159 part 3 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code – “embezzlement by way of fraud at a large amount.”
