A tractor driver captured office of the firm and threatens with an explosion

In the Russian city of Kemerovo an unusual accident occurred. A local inhabitant, Victor Zhukov, captured the office of the firm “Selhotekhnika”, barricaded himself in one of the rooms and set up a claim: to return a tractor to him, which, as he says, was stolen by the firm. Otherwise Zhukov threatens with blowing up himself together with the office of the firm. Police detachments gathered at the site of occurrence. The talks with the terrorist began.
