The reason of Kursk wreck is known, but not announced
The central design office Rubin is aware about all the “process of the wreck” of Kursk submarine, said the general director of the design office Igor Spassky. According to him, “uncommon occurrence caused the tragedy”. But the scientist added that he would not make public this reason now, because “a lot of questions may arise”, “Interfax” reports. However he said that the riddle will be solved soon.
