Media-Most is preparing a complaint to the Supreme Court against Moscow City Court’s decision, which cancelled the decision of the court of first instance on Gusinsky’s case. According to official representative of the “Media-Most” holding Dmitry Ostalsky, “holding will prove the rightfulness of the decision of the court of the first instance both in Supreme Court of Russia<… >and in Constitutional Court”, “Interfax” reports. “We are ready to come up to the the European Court of human rights, if it is necessary”, the spokesman said.
