An international festival of ice sculpture opened in Moscow on Thursday. Taking part in the festival are 15 teams from Russia, Austria, the USA, Finland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Switzerland, and Germany. Each team is to make an ice sculpture before the public in the Central Park of Culture and Recreation of Moscow. The jury will chose the winner who will be announced on January 7, the last day of the festival. It is the tenth time this festival is organized in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
