The Duma of Russia’s far-eastern Primorski Territory failed yesterday to consider the vote of no confidence to the territory’s governor Yevgeni Nazdratenko. According to the NTV television channel, a row sparked in the sitting hall – opposition-minded deputies walked out protesting against the stance of the majority who backed the governor. The next attempt to consider the issue is scheduled for January 16th.
