RAO UES welcomes the participation of additional government experts on the work on the holding company restructuring plan, RAO UES Executive Board Chairman Anatoly Chubais said at today's news briefing. He explained that a tender for consulting companies had already been held. GP Morgan and Deutsche Bank won the tender.
