Malik Saidullayev, chairman of Chechnya's State Council, has accepted the proposal to take up the post of Head of Government of the Chechen Republic. The proposal was made by Akhmad Kadyrov, head of Chechnya's administration. Saidullayev said on the Echo of Moscow radio station that he would like former Russian Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Koshman to become his deputy. According to Saidullayev, Koshman knows the problems of Chechnya well, RBC reports. At the same time Saydullayev said that he was ready to cooperate with everyone to improve the situation in Chechnya. He underlined that as the Prime Minister of Chechnya he is going to live in that republic permanently.
