Sergey Snegov: the fuel crisis in Ulianovsk will be liquidated by punitive measures

Heating crisis is about to happen in the city of Ulianovsk. The fuel, being kept in the boiler-houses now, will be enough only for 24 hours. If the black oil is not brought to the city within 24 hours, the heating in it will be turned out completely. Even now it doesn't functional well enough. It's rather cold inside the city buildings. The press-secretary of Sergey Kireyenko, the RF President's representative in Privolzhie said to Pravda.ru correspondent that the problem of heating has been settled once by Kireyenko. November 14 the document obliging joint-stock company "Ulianovskenergo" to turn on central heating was signed. Ulianovsk municipality had to take a loan from the Ministry of Finance and to pay for the fuel. The document says that if it is not implemented, the budgets of the "Ulianovsk-Energo" and of the city of Ulianovsk will be declared bankrupt. "Ulianovsk-Energo" will be controlled by RAO UES of Russia, and the local authorities will be under federal authorities control. Now it will happen if the heating is not turned on within the next 24 hours. At the present moment the press-secretary of the President's representative failed to answer the question who was guilty of this situation. The fact is that the representative is in the city of Perm now, at the fair of social and cultural projects "Perm-2000", and his subordinates do not possess all the information about the events in the city, and withhold comments.
