President’s representative claims that he does not hold talks with Chechen militants

RF President’s representative in the South Federal Region Victor Kazantsev denied the information that he held talks this Chechen commanders. He said, “it’s impossible for a military general to go and say that he will talk to Gelayev or Khattab”, - “Interfax” reports. However Kazantsev noted that that “the talks with Chechen commanders, and first of all, with Chechen administration, being led by Kadirov, will be held.” But according to Kazantsev, Khottab, as well as Basayev and Gelayev will come to a bad end: they will escape and suffer disgrace or will be killed.
