The secretary of state of Florida accepts the count in one county, giving George Walter Bush a victory by 537 votes, refusing to accept the vote in other counties. Gore and Liebermann are going to contest this decision in the Supreme Court. "We do not know who will prevail. We have an obligation to every American who voted in this election, to respect their participation and not to diminish the value of their votes" said Liebermann, Albert Gore's candidate for Vice President. The latest indicators state that this charade may end only on January 30th, 2001.
