The head of the Chechen administration says that none of commanders obeys Aslan Maskhadov. “Only two or three guards stay with him now, - Kadirov says, - Maskhadov distributes audio- and video- records of his speeches, and it is the only thing he does now.” In Kadirov’s opinion, “Maskhadov entirely depends on Shamil Basayev, and can’t do anything without his permission. Otherwise he would have left the mountains long ago”, - the Chechen administration leader considers.
