The prosecutor considers that Babitsky should be fined and released
The public Prosecutor of Daghestan Rashidhan Magomedov asked the court of law to apply to radio Liberty correspondent Babitsky a clause “using false document” and impose a fine. After that, in prosecutor’s opinion, Babitsky should be released because he is included in the amnesty, announced in connection with 55th anniversary of the victory in the World War II.
