No official dumping charges have been pressed against the Russian Aluminium company. As her representative Alexander Vinogradov told a Rosbalt reporter, there have been no complaints from the American side that silumin and silicon market prices have been lowered illegally. Russian Aluminium learned about the charges from the media. Russian Aluminium exports refined silicon, produced at a plant in Bratsk. At night on March 8 the media reported that two American companies pressed charges against Russian producers with the US International Trade Committee asking for anti-dumping investigation. Mr. Vinogradov said that his company would gladly cooperate with the investigation, but only after the charges have been made public. 'For the time being,' he further stated, 'we don't even know the names of the accusers.'
