Finnish Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen and his wife will visit Moscow on February 28 on the invitation of the Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov. As the Finnish Information Department of the State Council reported, Mr. Lipponen will meet with the Russian President Vladimir Putin and sit for a round of talks with Mr. Kasyanov, commercial relations between the two countries, EU-Russian cooperation and the Northern Dimension project being at the centre of negotiations. Finnish Prime Minister will speak at the Diplomatic Academy with a speech Finland, the EC and Russia and together with Mikhail Kasyanov will participate in the Russian-Finnish Forest Summit on March 1. Mr. Lipponen will return to Finland on March 2.
