In Shanghai Secretary Of The Russian Security Council Vladimir Rushailo Meets With Condoleezza Rice, Us President's National Security Adviser

Chief of the Russian Security Council office Aleksander Malinovsky reported that on Saturday Secretary of the Russian Security council Vladimir Rushailo discussed matters of bilateral cooperation in the fight against terrorism with Condoleezza Rice, the US President's national security adviser. Rushailo and Rice held working consultations in Shanghai within the framework of the summit meeting of countries- members of the Asian-Pacific economic cooperation (APEC) organization. In the course of the meeting Rushailo and Rice also considered problems of interaction between the offices of the Secretary of the Russian Security Council and the office of the US President's national security adviser. They assessed highly the role of leaders of two countries, Vladimir Putin and George Bush, in the fight against international terrorism and spoke in favour of strengthening Russian and American efforts in the fight against this evil.
