Sibal May Apply To Court

The Sibal investment and industrial group will apply to court to defend its honor, dignity and business reputation, if any inauthentic information about the company and its officials appears again. According to the press service of the company, various reports were distributed by mass media sources lately that "Valery Pechenkin (former deputy director of the federal security service) is involved in the process of collecting negative information about the Russian Federal Security Service on a request of Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky, which will be used to publish a book." Sibal's law department is now analyzing these publications, the press service stressed.
