A UN delegation will start a visit to Belarus today. According to information from the press secretary of the Belarus Foreign Ministry, the main aim of this visit is to discuss the work of UN experts who were in Belarus in July and August 2001 and searched for new possibilities of financing projects connected with the Chernobyl disaster. In addition, the UN delegation is going to hold negotiations with representatives of the Belarus government and top officials from the Foreign Ministry. This visit of UN representatives will last until October 18.
