Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces?

“We have reasons to suppose that this has been a terrorist act, though other versions cannot be excluded, including that ones connected with manoeuvres of Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces”, ‘Unity’ faction’s leader Vladimir Pekhtin stated today while touching upon the yesterday’s explosion of Tu-154 aircraft of ‘Sibir’ air company. The statement was made by the faction’s head after his meeting with Russian Federal Security Service’s director Nikolai Patrushev. Though Vladimir Pekhtin refused to speak about the different versions of the accident, saying a special commision was investigating the case. Before the investigation is ended, nothing can be affirmed unambiguously.
