Vladimir Putin Spoke In Favour Of Russia's And The European Union's Joint Steps In Combating Poverty

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday spoke in favour of joint steps by Russia and united Europe in combating poverty and against expansion of conflicts, including those in the Middle East, in the context of the efforts for eradicating terrorism. Answering the question of RIA Novosti at the news conference in Brussels, the head of the Russian state underscored that the fight against international terrorism would not be limited by armed actions only. Vladimir Putin also said that with many European countries Russia had established an exchange of information which would be continued in the context of monthly consultations.
