The committee came to conclusion there were no other persons in the cockpit of the plane. This was announced today by the head of the National Transportation Safety Board, George Black. “The audio records of the black boxes proved that there were no nonstandard events taking place in the cockpit of the plane,” – said Black.
According to him, the nonstandard events also included the possibility of an act of terrorism. The recordings did not contain strangers’ voices, so it was determined that the plane crashed because of a technical defect of the jetliner. It was not an act of terrorism.
The investigation is still going on. The audio recordings are not likely to fix a blast in a turbine of the plane. At the same time, one thing can be noticed: the American authorities really want to get rid of the terrorist theory. They refer to it as a version only, an ungrounded version.
Well, this wish can surely be understood. Taking into account all the security measures, a new act of terrorism would be a real catastrophe, a political disaster.
