Russian Constitution appears on the Internet in several languages

Today,www.contitution.ru, a new site devoted to constitution of the Russian Federation was launched. For the first time, the complete text of the Russian constitution in Russian, English, German, and French, including all changes and full information about the notion, official publication, and making alterations to the Fundamental Law. According to the conclusion of Law Department of the State Duma Staff of the Russian Federation, “The multimedia electronic information edition, realized as an Internet-version on the www.contitution.ru and as a computer CD-ROM, makes up for a deficiency of information about the constitution of the Russian Federation, about the practice of interpreting its theses by Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, about symbols of Russia’s state sovereignty, and about structure and congnizance of the Russian Federation’s state power.”
