Leading Russian Oil Company Lukoil Plans To Strengthen Position On American Market

The Russian oil company LUKOil is planning to strengthen its market position in America with the help of oil processing at its American refineries. This was disclosed on Friday by Vice-President of LUKOil Yuri Storozhev, at the International Forum: Oil and Russia; Today and in the Future. He stated that the establishment of oil processing and its sale on the USA market is important today, as the American market is the world's largest customer of oil and oil products. Currently, LUKOil has a network of at least 1,300 petrol stations and 9 oil terminals in 13 states in the American North-East from the state of Virginia to Maine.
