Central Bank Fixes Official US Dollar Rate - 27 November, 2001
Effective November 28, 2001 the official US dollar rate, fixed by the Central Bank, amounts to 29.93 roubles per dollar having not changed against the previously set level, reported the PR department of Russia's Central Bank. The rate of the euro for November 28, 2001 stands at 26.42 rouble per euro, having increased by 0.08 rouble against the previously set level.
