The Russian government will make decisions to create conditions for operation of small businesses, first of all, (favorable) tax conditions, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov stated today, addressing the State Duma of Russia. He pointed out that the volume of operations by small businesses makes up a minimum share of the country's economy now. "This is an unacceptable proportion," the Prime Minister underlined. According to him, the government should pay a lot of attention to the problem of development of small businesses. Kasyanov also pointed out that the package of anti-bureaucratic bills is first of all intended to develop small businesses.
