Vladimir Putin Meets "Unity And Fatherland" Party Leaders

President Vladimir Putin has held a meeting with co-chairmen of the All-Russian party "Unity and Fatherland" Sergei Shoigu, Yuri Luzhkov, Mintimer Shaimiyev, as well as with Aleksandr Bespalov, Unity and Fatherland Executive Secretary. According to Aleksei Gromov, the president's press secretary, the meeting took place during a break of the congress of the "Unity and Fatherland" union at which it was transformed into a party. Vladimir Putin congratulated the meeting participants on establishment of the party.
