The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development will give a $10.2m-dollar credit to the administration of the Neryungry city to finance the project 'Municipal Heating Supplies.' A source in the city administration reported this to RosBusinessConsulting today. The State Construction and Housing Committee of Russia was commissioned to implement this project. In general, the IBRD allocated around $85m in credits with a 17-year period of repayment and a five-year grace period to our country to implement this project. Neryungry is going to spend this money on housing reforms, the modernization of heating systems, etc. $3.287m are to be spent by the beginning of the new heating season.
