A TV-6 shareholders' meeting will be held on February 14, according to Tatyana Blinova, the TV-6 spokeswoman.
She said that a corresponding decision had been taken yesterday, at a TV-6 board meeting.
Blinova recalled that the previous shareholders' meeting scheduled for January 14, had not taken place due to the lack of quorum.
Blinova said the next meeting's agenda would include the issues of executing the Court of Arbitration's decision on the TV-6 shutdown and appointment of a shutdown commission.
According to the spokesman, among the participants in the shareholders' meeting will be representatives of the LUKOil-Garant non-state pension fund (15% of shares), the Moscow Science and Technologies Committee (10%), along with lawyers representing the interests of Boris Berezovsky, an oligarch who left Russia and is currently living abroad. Berezovsky himself and the structures he controls (ZAO Delfin, ZAO Ontiks Art, AO Logovaz) possess 75% of the TV-6 shares.
