The First Russian Land Congress Opens In Moscow

The First Russian Land Congress - The Land of Russia: Economy, Law, Ownership - will be held on December 18-20 in Moscow. As RIA Novosti was told in the Federal Service of the Land Cadastre of Russia, it will be attended by representatives of the administration of the Russian President, the Federal Assembly (parliament), the interested federal and regional ministries and government departments, enterprises and organisations, including from the Commonwealth of Independent States, Baltia and other foreign countries, as well as of law enforcement bodies, scientific institutions and public organisations. In the context of the congress there will be held an exhibition-cum-presentation of modern technologies for creating a land cadastre system, computer programme products, instruments and equipment, of land regulation, economic, juridical and other literature concerning reforming land relations in Russia, the creation and putting into effect a state land cadastre and a cadastre of real estate, as well as concerning assessment, land monitoring, land regulation and managing land resources.
