Weather Prevents Vladimir Putin From Going To Ust Luga

During his call on the sea administration of an oil terminal at Primorsk Vladimir Putin was acquainted in detail with a master plan of the sea trade port of Ust Luga. It was expected that the president would visit Ust Luga, but the trip was cancelled. Along the planned route of the president's movement towards Ust Luga there was a snow flurry and the flight safety service did not recommend the head of state to make the trip. At Primorsk the president was told of the activity of the Ust Luga complex and plans of its work and further development of its infrastructure. The port has been built at a high technological level. Foreign investors are showing an interest in the port's work. Besides, during a call at the building of the port's sea administration, Putin was acquainted with the regional system of safe shipping in the Gulf of Finland.
