The first South Ural investment forum will be held in Chelyabinsk on December 5 with the help of the regional government. The press service of the Chelyabinsk regional governor informed RBC that more than 200 representatives of regional industries, governing bodies and investments institutions will take part in this forum. They will discuss the current economic situation in the Chelyabinsk region, its investment outlooks and problems between enterprises and investors. In addition, they will consider problems of the Russian economy, in general, and investment perspectives of the Urals in particular, as well as new sources and methods of financing. The press service mentioned that Duma deputy speaker Irina Khakamada, senior deputy governor Viktor Timashov and senator Yevgeny Yeleseyev will take part in the forum.
