PM orders increase in capacity of Baltic Pipeline System

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov signed a decree on increasing the capacity of the Baltic Pipeline System-2 from 18 million tons to 30 million tons with a further development to 50 million tons per year, the Government Information Department reported.
