According to preliminary data, Mosenergo sales income decreased by 45.1 percent to 4.595bn rubles (about $145m) last year, the energy company told RBC. Incomes from selling electricity were 4.93bn rubles (about $156m), while losses from selling heating were 411m rubles (about $13m).
The company's short-term accounts payable increased by 19.4 percent to 6.69bn rubles ($211m). Accounts receivable were 11.346bn rubles ($359m) at the end of 2002.
