The governments of Ukraine and Russia will sign an agreement on oil transportation at the beginning of March. It will concern both oil transit transportation via Ukraine and oil supplies to Ukrainian enterprises. The agreement will be valid for 15 years, Deputy State Secretary of the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry Bogdan Klyuk reported at a press conference in Kiev today. He noted that Russia would increase oil supplies to Ukraine from 16.5 to 18 million tons in 2003.
