Gazprom and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area sign agreement

Gazprom will sell oil products produced in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area taking into account proposals of the region's government. It is envisaged in an agreement, which has been signed today by Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller and Khanty-Mansi regional governor Alexander Filipenko, the company's press service reported.

Gazprom is to render assistance to the regional government in regulating relations concerning obligations of Gazprom subsidiaries to municipal establishments of the region.

The regional government is to take measures on providing timely and complete payments for gas supplies to the region's consumers that are financed from the budget. The government is also to consider possibilities for giving tax benefits to Gazprom and its subsidiaries.
