Rosneft withdraws from Russian Coal
Rosneft has decided to withdraw from the capital of the company Russian Coal, the press service of Rosneft told RBC. This decision has been due to commercial reasons, the press service pointed out.
Rosneft purchased a 50 percent stake in the authorized capital of Russian Coal in February 2002 and managed the company with Mezhprombank.
Currently Rosneft controls several coalfields with the total estimated reserves of 200m tons of coal.
