Sibneft boosts oil exports by 45.5%

Sibneft's oil exports increased 45.5 percent to 8.72m tons in January-October 2002. As the company's press service reported, oil product exports rose 53.3 percent to 2.98m tons in the reporting period. The company's oil output was boosted 27.6 percent to 21.42m tons in January-October 2002 as compared to the figure reported in the similar period of 2001, while the volume of oil processing remained nearly the same at 13.42m tons (up 0.5 percent from the figure reported in January-October 2001). In 2002 the company is planning to enhance its oil output 29.2 percent to 27.1m tons.
