LUKoil enlarges its share in Imperial bank

According to LUKoil's materials submitted to the Federal Commission for theSecurities Market, the company has increased its share in the authorizedcapital of Imperial bank by 109 percent to 19.52 percent. Earlier the oilcompany's share was 9.34 percent.Moreover, LUKoil has made an agreement with the Registrator NIKoil and IBGNIKoil companies on providing services on calculating taxes and dividendpayments..
