Gov't to prepare land and real estate management concept

The Russian government is planning to prepare a concept of land and realestate management, Senior Deputy Property Relations Minister Dmitry Aratskysaid today after a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. The official wasquoted as saying this document will provide solutions for "a whole array ofcrucial issues related to land and real estate management". Additionally,the concept will also stipulate transferring excessive state authorities toprivate owners. "The state should not provide services that can be offeredby private companies", the Senior Deputy Minister stressed. Speaking aboutthe development of the concept, Aratsky pointed out that "we are short oftime, and the deadlines should be tough".
