Duma official comments on ratification of Russian-Lithuanian border agreement

The ratification of the Russian-Lithuanian agreement on the state borderwill depend on the upcoming negotiations between Russia and Lithuania onthe Kaliningrad region, chairman of the State Duma committee for foreignaffairs Dmitry Rogozin said to journalists today. Parliamentary hearings onthe Kaliningrad issue will start on September 30, 2002.
