The statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin is not an ultimatum forGeorgia but for international terrorists hiding in this country, chairmanof the Federation Council international committee Mikhail Margelov told RBCcommenting on the statement made by the Russian leader on the situation inGeorgia. In the opinion of the senator, "Georgian authorities shouldrealize that they are responsible for any actions executed from theterritory of this country and threatening the neighboring countries andinternational security".Margelov believes that "Russia will not wait for special permission of theUN Security Council for protecting itself from terrorist attacks from theterritory of Georgia".
