Russia as one of the leading oil exporting countries will be represented at this month's meeting of the OPEC in Osaka, Japan.
It won’t be just the singular participation but Russia will take part in all other OPEC meetings as well.
Russia rightfully can aspire to this though it is not an OPEC member because it had to cut its oil exports by 150,000 barrels a day until June in a bid to boost the sagging oil prices.
By the end of the year Russia can significantly increase crude production and exports to meet increasing demand of international markets.
On the other hand Russia is interested prices to be between $22 and $25 a barrel.Russian delegation to the Osaka meeting would be headed by one of Yusufov’s deputies.
