The price of the Thai-made Alfa Romeo 156 will be raised by 3-4% early next month.
The new price will still be more attractive and competitive than those of other rival brands such as BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Volvo S60.
Currently the company offers a 10% down payment and three-year interest-free installment period.
The company aims to sell 700 cars this year, 90% of which will be locally-made 156 models and the rest other imported models including the 156 sport wagon, 147 hatchback, 166 saloon, GTV Coupe and Spider.
The sales target next year will be raised to nearly 1,000 units.
