Dollar rate eases back at UTS

The average-weighted dollar exchange rate in the first half of thismorning's session on US currency amounted to 31.57 RUR/USD, which wasRUR0.01 lower than the previous rate. Experts of commercial banks attributethis strengthening of the ruble to the worsened situation with rubleliquidity, which led to an advance in ruble credit rates.
