Fuel reserves are being accumulated at an unsatisfactory speed in someregions, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov declared opening today'sgovernment meeting devoted to preparations for the fall-winter season of2002-2003. According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers will "have to examinethe situation in regions".
