TNK regains its subsidiary

An agreement on passing the Varyeganneft oil company to its former owner was passed, CEO of the Tyumen Oil Company (TNK) Viktor Vekselberg reported. Varyeganneft is to be passed to the SIDANKO oil company, which is owned by TNK. Currently, Varyeganneft is a part oft he Slavneft Oil Company.
