Village of Hobbits to be built in Moscow region

The administration of the Zaraiskiy district of the Moscow region uploaded the list of its investment projects on the website. The official website of the administration provides information about 12 new objects.

In addition to "Sleep Clinic" sanatorium and "Hunters Lodge" recreation base, the  authorities plan to organize in the "Village of Hobbits." For the time being, there is no information on how the new settlement of Tolkien characters will be arranged. The Village of Hobbits" will take the area of 6.4 hectares.

In addition to that, the region will increase the number of resorts and tourist centers. All of them will be able to accommodate up to 900 people.
